Acupuncture Hong Leong Single Cavity And Its Distribution Point On The Regulation Of Blood Lipid And Other Indicators Of The Comparative Study | | Posted on:2008-01-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Nong | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2204360212989023 | Subject:Acupuncture and massage | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective : We make a research about different regulative effects on different indexes(blood lipids, lipoprotein lipase, free radical, thromboxan, prostaglandin) of hyperlipemia rat model by acupuncture on Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint and combination of acupoints, in order to probe the mechanism by acupuncture on Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint and combination of acupoints.Methods:The model was fed with high fat diet. 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group:blank control group, model group, Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group. Rats in the blank control group were fed with basic diet everyday, while the rest groups were fed with high fat diet everyday. After two weeks, blood samples were taken by cutting off the tails of the rats for test of blood lipids. After that, the rats in the Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group were treated with acupuncture respectively. After 5 weeks of treatment, blood samples were drawn from celiac vein, at the same time, liver, spleen, pancreas, lung and cardiac muscle were selected for test different indexes(blood lipids, lipoprotein lipase, free radical, thromboxan, prostaglandin) and for observation fatty cells of liver by Lillie.Result:â‘´General State of Health:Experimental session, the general state of rat is good. The hair of model group is parch blight. The hair of Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group are brighter than model group.⑵Body Weight:Before the experiment, all groups are not different(P>0.05). After the experiment, all groups are not different too(P>0.05).But the tendency of combination of acupoints group compare to model group is descent.â‘¶Blood Lipid after Two Weeks:TC and LDL-C in model group are higher than blank control group, HDL-C in model group is lower than blank control group, both have significant difference(P<0.01).â‘·Blood Lipid after Treatment:Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group, combination of acupoints group and model group have no significant difference(P>0.05).⑸Blood Lipid Compare by Oneself:Each group has different change from prior treatment to post treatment.⑹The Level of Change about Blood Lipid:The level of TC's change in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is larger than combination of acupoints group. The level of LDL-C and HDL-C's change in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is smaller than combination of acupoints group. Both have significant difference (P<0.05).⑺Lipoprotein Lipase:LPL and HL in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group are higher than model group. Both have significant difference(P<0.01).â‘»Lillie in Liver:The lipid droplet in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group is smaller than model group. On the other hand, the lipid droplet in combination of acupoints group is smaller than Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group.⑼SOD, MDA in Spleen:SOD in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is higher than model group and combination of acupoints group. This change is significant different(P<0.01).⑽SOD, MDA in Lung:SOD in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is higher than model group and combination of acupoints group. MDA in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is lower than model group and combination of acupoints group.Both have significant difference(P<0.01).⑾SOD, MDA in Liver:Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group, combination of acupoints group and model group have no significant difference(P>0.05).â‘¿SOD, MDA in Pancreas:Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group, combination of acupoints group and model group have no significant difference(P>0.05).â’€TXB2, PGF1αin Cardiac Muscle:TXB2 in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group is lower than model group and combination of acupoints group.This change is significant different(P<0.05).â’TXB2, PGF1αin Blood Plasma:TXB2 in combination of acupoints group is lower than model group and Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group. This change is significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion:â‘´Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group have good effects on improving the whole state in hyperlipemia rat model.⑵Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group has good effects on decreasing TC in hyperlipemia rat model. Combination of acupoints group has good effects on decreasing LDL-C and increasing HDL-C in hyperlipemia rat model and has better regulative effects than Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group.â‘¶Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group have good effects on increasing LPL and HL in hyperlipemia rat model . But the both two groups had not difference.â‘·Combination of acupoints group has better regulative effects than Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group on the fatty cells of liver.⑸In spleen and lung, Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group have good effects on increasing SOD and decreasing MDA in hyperlipemia rat model . Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group has faster regulative effects than combination of acupoints group. The target of Fenglong(ST.40) is in lung, spleen and liver.⑹In cardiac muscle, Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group has good effects on decreasing TXB2 in hyperlipemia rat model .
