| Objective: To develop the effective therapy for atrial fibrillation(AF), and study the mechanisms of Dingxin capsule. To elucidate the role of MMP-9,TNF-α, express level of MMP-9 in the pathogenesis of AF.Methods: 40 rats were randomized to 4 groups: normal control group, model group, Dingxin capsule curatio group, Verpamil intervention group. Serum level of MMP-9 and TNF-αof AF rats were measured.Results: The results showed that serum level of MMP-9 and TNF-αof Dingxin capsule curatio group heightened more obviously thanthose from Verpamil intervention group. And serum level of MMP-9 and TNF-αof Dingxin capsule curatio group degraded more obviously than those from Verpamil intervention group.Conclusion: MMP-9 and TNF-αplayed important role in the pathogenesis of AF. Dingxin capsule could correct serum level of MMP-9 and TNF-αin AF rats. |
