| Objective:attention-deficitent hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of most common psyche developmental disorder in children,which have been drawing a worldwide attention for more than a century.This disorder is a syndrome contributed by biological,genetic,psychological as well as social environmental factors.The incidence rate has a tendency to increase year by year. Abnormal perceive and be behavior caused more suffering to family,than to individual patients, and cause a lot of trouble to schools and society.The study aimed at investigating deeply its and its mutual relationship with behavior mental state,family surroundings,exploring profoundly its etiology mechanism and providing appropriate measures of clinical intervention.Method:The paper adopted case control experimental method.The 48 children with ADHD and 32 normal children were implemental laboratory check about Ferritin and DHEAS in blood and questionnaire about ADHD family status,Conners PSQ.The data was handled and analysed with SPSS 12.0 statistical soft systeyme.Result:The mean serum ferritin optical density levels were lower in the children with ADHD than in the controls,while serum iron,hemoglobin,and hematocrit levels were within normal ranges in both children with ADHD and controls and did not differ between groups.The scores of PSQ of children with ADHD Were significantly higher than normal children.ADHD has lower score in cohesion,expression,intellectual - cultural orientation,active recreational orientation,moral - religious emphasis,but has higher conflict and organization score in FES -CV than normal family,rude education method and family conflict are the associated risk factors of ADHD.In addition,a significant inverse correlation was found between serum ferritin levels and ADHD symptom severity on the Conners' Parent Rating Scale.Levels of DHEAS were inversely correlated with the huperactivity subscale.Conclusion:The results suggest that low iron and high DHEAS stores contribute to ADHD. |
