The Chinese medicine tradition to Fu-cup of therapy have long history and can treat many diseases nicely. The useed usually types are tablets and injections in common . The pharmacokinetics research express that tetramethylpyrazine has has a short (2.8 h) character of absorption half-life and excretion half-life with takeing orally or the iliacus, needing everyday multifarious to give medicine maintenanc- ing valid blood drug level.It is very inconvenient in a medicine of long period . consideringing the character of drug ,we can make up this blemish by preparing the transdermal Patch of tetramethylpyrazine.This topic studied the Chinese medicine tradition to Fu-cup of therapy's influence for Percutaneous absorption of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride the traditional Chinese medicine active constitutent. Investigated two preparation technics, salivation method and pouring cooling method.we comprehensivly com- parise the taking shape,taking off the module,elasticity,tenacity and stability of pathes.Produced the preparation technics of pouring cooling method; PVA, the gelatin were used as the skeletal material of preparation; Glycerin as humectant and plasticizer;The CMC-Na as adhesive; zinc oxide as filler;The Components were maked into the gel as the transdermal delivery system of the carrier.The tran- sdermal delivery system has the advantages of drug capacity high,good permeation rate,good sticking to spread,sticking comfortly and no polluting clothes etc. Uniformity experiment was used to selete the optimise prescription matrices with accumulational Percutaneous absorption quantity of tetramethylpyrazine hydroc- hloride as an index.we Investigated the drug content and distribution, The resule indicates them correspond to the criteria.Determited the releasing rate in vitro of the patch .The release coincided with Higuchi Equation. The releasing rate in vitro of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride less than transdermal delivery rate in vitro enunciate the preparation belong to a skeleton-controlled TDDS.Ortho- gonal experiment was performed to investigate a different cup method(staying cup,slippery cup,the cup of zitterbewegung), different pressure(low,medium and high), different therapeutic time(5 minutes,10 minuteses,15 minutes) affect acc- umulational Percutaneous absorption quantity of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochlor- ide.It make sure the optimum cup method and condition.Confirming cup therapy further can conduct a new physical penetration enhancement method .cup therapy provide a set of new , practical and pendable method for largly percutaneous absorption quantity of drug.
