The preparation and evaluation of the transdermal patch of Bitong-ning,a skeleton-controlled TDDS was determined. Orthogonal experiment was performed to study the optimum extraction technics of Aconitum Carmichaeli and Datura flower . Produced the preparation technics of salivation method. PVA PVP were used as the skeletal material of preparation,Glycerol as humectant and plasticizer;Polyacrylic resin pressure-sensitive adhesive as adhesive; Azone and propylene glycol as penetration enhancer. Uniformity experiment was used to selete the optimise prescription matrices. Determited the releasing rate in vitro of the patch.The release coincided with Higuchi Equation. The content of scopolamine and muscone were determined separately by HPLC and GC. Established the tentative quality standard of preparation. The study of Pharmacodynamics and toxicology indicated that it holds obvious antiphlogistic and abirritation effect and has non-toxicity or stimulus to rabbit skin.
