Objective: Take replenishing Qi- nourishing Yin -Promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in channels as the treatment method, take orally Chinese Traditional Medicine - the soup promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in channels, observe its treating effect on diabetic foot, and contrast it with Zhonghui Tangmaikang.Method: Take 60 cases from some patients clinically and in hospital, following the random principle, divide them into two groups as treatment group and contrast one, each 30 cases. Under the same fundamental condition, 30 cases in the treatment group took orally the soup promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in channels; the 30 cases in the contrast group took Zhonghui Tangmaikang to treat in contrast. Take 4 week as one period of treatment, treat 2 periods in succession.Result: In treatment group, 14 remarkable effect cases, 13 effective cases, and total effect rate 90%; and in contrast group,6 remarkable effect cases, 15 effective cases, and total effect rate 70%. Also the results indicate that the shorter course, the lighter condition,the better effect.Conclusion: The group of the soup promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in channels holds reliable effect on deficiency of both Qi and Yin with blood stasis for the diabetic foot and it has no poisonous side effect. It is worth to be developed further and spread widely.
