The Clinical Study Of Tong Mai Wan Cure Spleen Kidney Yang-deficiency Diabetic Foot

Objective: To study the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on spleen kidney yang-deficiency Diabetic foot(DF)treated with Tong Mai Wan.This article is based on the clinical experience of the teacher Cui Gong rang summed up the prescription for the treatment of Tong Mai Wan,observed the improvement of clinical symptoms and effects of the ankle brachial index and blood flow changes of in DF,to evaluate the mechanism and objective effect of Tong Mai Wan treatment on spleen kidney yang-deficiency DF,and to explore the relationship between “blood stasis syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine of microcirculation.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in the treatment group were given Tong Mai Wan on the basis of general treatment;30 cases in the control group were treated with Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride by oral on the basis of general treatment The temperature and color of skin,pain,lameness index signs and symptoms before and after treatment,as well as ABI score and blood flow were measured。Statistical analysis and efficacy evaluation were performed with spss 22.0.Results: the clinical symptoms between the two groups after the treatment,the skin temperature,skin color,pain and lameness index was used to evaluated,compared with the control group,the treatment group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),no obvious improvement in acral numbness(P>0.05);blood rheology indexes between the two groups after treatment were evaluated,compared with the control group,the indexes have significant differences(P < 0.05);the statistical analysis between the two groups ABI value after treatment,compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);As for the total curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of two groups were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Tong Mai Wan treatment of spleen kidney yang-deficiency type diabetic foot was effective and worthy to be popularized.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
