Medical-patient disputes recently increase, which has become the unavoidable shadow of affecting social stability and baffling hospital development. Every hospital will inevitably meet the Medical-patient disputes when the patients receive treatment and diagnosis. However, our country is on the transferring model period which is the transition from planned economy to market economy, the hospitals do not effectively get away from all kinds of the thoughts which are not follow-up social reform march, the resource recollocation in reform, the benefit readjusting and even the puzzledom of Medical-patient disputes caused by some media's exaggerated reports. To establish social mechanism for effectively dealing with Medical-patient disputes and making the sanitation department more vigorous is not neglectable problem in the procedure of social development.The thesis expatiate the meaning of the research for Medical-patient disputes crisis management, it analyses 135 cases of Medical-patient disputes from 2001 to 2005 in A hospital, objectively and by the numbers analyses macroscopical and microcosmic causes which result in Medical-patient disputes. According to A hospital's current situation of Medical-patient disputes management. It is practical and realistic to search for the existing problem in Medical-patient disputes management and try to find the effective way for Medical-patient disputes management.The author is based on the social stability, sanitation development and medical science technology advancement. He apply multiple subject theories which include the crisis management theory, systemism and cybernetics and propose the assumption of constructing the social system for Medical-patient disputes management, which includes conception of Medical-patient disputes management for everyone, such as establishing crisis management alarming mechanism, working out crisis management law, depending on the administration and judiciary department to lead the patients how to vindicate their right, doing well in media management, building up medical professional insurance system, consummating Medical-patient disputes management law, which provide useful meaning for solving the Medical-patient disputes.
