Jia Wei Gui Has Co-clinical Studies Of The Treatment Of Ovarian Cysts

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating Ovarian Cyst (OC) with revision with gui ji he fang and explore the mechanism of treating Ovarian Cyst and probe the mechanism from the theoretical and clinical aspects .Method: 110 cases suffering from Ovarian Cyst disease were selected . And they were divided into two groups at random . The treatment group (80 patients) is given decoction of revision with gui ji he fang, and the control group(30 patients) treated with gui zhi fu ling pill . And 2 months made up one course of treatment .Results: Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups , there is significant difference between the treatment and control group(P < 0.05), the totally effective rate of treatment group is 91.25%, while that of control group is 73,33%. The treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as imbalance of catamenia , lower abdomen indisposed , increasing of leukorrhea , et cetera . And the healing efficacy is better than that of control group .Conclusion : It was indicated that decoction of revision with gui ji he fang were a safe and effective drug of treating OC , and the mechanism might be regulated immune function , adjust incretion , control over inflammation .
