To appraise the clinical effect and security of KeRuTong capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands(ChongRen imbalance,strongly fragrant stagnat phlegm congealing type),and offer the basis for clinical testing further.Methods:All experimenters are women.To select the patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands whose age is from 18 to 50,and were diagnosed TCM discrimination as ChongRen imbalance,strongly fragrant stagnat phlegm congealing type.According to the experimental plan,the patients were divided randly into two groups.The therapeutic group using KeRuTong capsule was72cases,the controlled group using RuZengNing capsule was 24 cases.The course of treatment was 8 weeks,and.do not take them in menses.Two groups can't use hormone,stopping the pain type Western medicine and similar traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment period.Observe target:1.The target of appraising the clinical effect:Appraise TCM symptoms and signs before treatment,after taking 4 weeks medicines and 8 weeks,after treatment 4 weeks(patients recovered).Observe color ultrasonic in breast before treatment and after taking 8 weeks medicines.2.The target of appraising the security of KeRuTong capsule:Observe Blood-routine,Urine-routine,EKG,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,and four projects of blood coagulation.Criteria for evaluation of curative effect:1.The criteria for evaluation of curative effect of Hyperplasia of mammary glands:(1)Fully recover clinically:The lump disappears after treating,the pain disappears, the value of total mark of main disease is O. (2)Show the result:The value of total mark of main disease reduces=70%after treating.The lump shrinks by more than 1/2 directly long.(3)Progress:The value of total mark of main disease reduces=30%after treating,＜70%.The lump shrinks by more than 1/3 directly long.(4)Invalid:The value of total mark of main disease reduces after treating＜30%. The lump shrinks by fewer than 1/3 or not sees that shrink directly long.2.The criteria for evaluation of curative effect of TCM symptoms and signs:(1)Fully recover clinically:The curative effect rate of symptoms and signs after treating=90%.(2)Show the result:The curative effect rate of symptoms and signs after treating=70%,＜90%.(3)Progress:The curative effect rate of symptoms and signs after treating=30%,＜70%.(4)Invalid:The curative effect rate of symptoms and signs after treating＜30%.Results:There is no significant different in age,menses,marriage,birth,breast-feed,history of illness,long foot-path of breast lump and TCM symptoms and signs before treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).So the two groups can be compared.1.There is no significant difference in effect between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rates of the therapeutic groups are 98.55%,and 95.83%in the controlled groups.2.There is no significant difference in TCM symptoms and signs between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the therapeutic groups,the total effective rates are 98.55%,and 95.83%in the controlled groups.3.Comparing the total mark of the main TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment:There is very significant difference in each group(P＜0.01).There is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).4.Comparing the total mark of the TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment:There is very significant difference in each group(P＜0.01).There is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).5.There is no significant difference in Blood-routine,Urine-routine,EKG,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,and four projects of blood coagulation before and after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:KeRuTong capsule has better therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands(ChongRen imbalance,strongly fragrant stagnat phlegm congealing type).It can lessen the lump of breast and lighten the pain in breasteffectively.Moreover,it can improve the accompanying symptom of patients,and it has not toxicity.
