LIDP(Lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse,LIDP)is characterized by symptoms of waist illness and leg pain,occured in young adults,is one of the common diseases of orthopedic clinical,seriously affect people's dayly work,study and life.With the development of society,people all suffered from growing pressure,and the incidental rate of this disease is also getting higher and higher,many kinds of methods used in a variety of clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation has become effective treatment.Objective:To investigate two kinds of therapeutic schedules(trigeminy therapy and four to unite therapy)in the treatment of LIDP difference in the clinical effect, and carry on the discussion and the analysis to its action mechanism and the influence curative effect's correlation are factors,to discover the best non-operative treatments of LIDP to provide the background reference.Methods:The study observed 89 cases of LIDP patients in orthopedic patient departments of the Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province between May and November in 2007,according to the sequence of diagnosing and treating,which is divided into two groups:A group of 42 cases,use the trigeminy therapy,namely Salvia Miltiorrhiza AlkoneⅡA Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection(NuoXinkang),the Compound Ossotide Injection(Gu He)and the sacral canal seal complex therapy plan; B group of 47 examples,use four unite the therapy,namely NuoXinkang,Gu He, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and lumbar vertebra hauling complex therapy plan.In the course of treatment the patients were enjoined to lie on horizontal firm bed and take the suitable waist musculi dorsi function exercise.Simultaneously to establish the clinical observation meter,to patients" situations,ache degree, symptom,and so on,observes the record truthfully,carry on JOA(Japanese Orthopedics Academic society lumbago illness trouble curative effect evaluation standard),VAS(visual analogue scales)and the clinical curative effect evaluation to grade before and after treating.Then the data recording will be putted into the computer,establish the database,utilize the SPSS15.0 software package,carrie statistical analysis processing to each group on the differential value as well as the difference of groups.Results:The statistical analysis demonstrated that JOA grades of A group enhance 7.77+1.90,of B group enhance 12.0+3.03,after two groups treating,the scores are both improved,in the group the difference comparison has statistics significance(P＜0.01),the group compares also has the significant difference(P＜0.01) compared with the other group,B group is superior to A group;VAS grads of A group drop 3.45+0.79,of B group drop 4.85±0.79,after two groups treating,the VAS scores both drop,in the group the difference comparison has statistics significance(P＜0.01), two groups compare also have statistics significance(P＜0.01),B group surpasses A group;In the clinical curative effect standard evaluation,A group cured two examples, improved 13 examples,unrecovered 7 examples,the total efficiency is 68.18%;B group cures 4 examples,improved 22 examples,recovered 1 example,the total efficiency is 96.30%;between the Two groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.01), B group surpasses A group.Conclusion:Two kinds of therapeutic schedules on treating LIDP had certain curative effects,but four unite the therapy to compare the trigeminy therapy to improve the patient symptom,to reduce the ache,the enhancement quality of life effect to be better.
