Cang Bo Shiduqing The Treatment Of Ureaplasma Mycoplasma Urinary Tract (cervix) Inflammation Of Clinical And Experimental Research

1 ObjectiveTo compare the inhibitory effects of the prescription CangBaiShiDuQing(CBSDQ) distilled by both water and 70% ethanol;observe the curative effect of CBSDQ Granules on patients with Cervicitis and Urethritis caused by Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu). All these patients belong to the type of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and toxic dampness differentiated in TCM.2 Methods80 patients were divided into three groups randomly, CBSDQ group(27cases),WeHhong(WH) (Azithromycin)capsule group(25cases),and CBSDQ with WH capsule group(28cases). The periods of treatments were two weeks. Respectively observe the integral of clinical manifestations in TCM, WBC counts of the secretion from urethra and cervices, and also the PH value in cervix of female patients. Synchronously, collected the clinical strains of Uu from the urogenital tracts of these 80 patients, mensurated the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)3 Results3.1 In the 27 cases of CBSDQ group, 12 cases were cured, 7 cases shew effects, 5 cases have made progress, 3 cases shew no effect, the effective rate was 70.37%; in the 25 cases of WH capsule group, 13 cases were cured, 6 cases shew effects, 4 cases have made progress, 2 cases shew no effect, the effective rate was 76%;in the 28 cases of CBSDQ with WH capsule group, 22 cases were cured, 4 cases shew effects, 1 cases has made progress, 1 case shew no effect, the effective rate was 92.86%.The difference was significant between these three groups(P<0.05).3.2 The difference was prominent (P<0.05) after and before treated in both CBSDQ group and CBSDQ with WH capsule group in improving the main symptoms, such as fatigue, impotence, feeling wet in perineum, bellyache, lumbago, etc. The difference was inapparent in WH capsule group (P>0.05).3.3 The PH value of the secretion from the urogenital tracts went down to normal gradually in CBSDQ group and CBSDQ with WH capsule group, and the difference was prominent after and before treated (P<0.05). The difference was inapparent in WH capsule group (P>0.05).3.4 The WBC counts of the secretion from the urogenital tracts went down to normal gradually in the three groups, and the difference was prominent after and before treated (P<0.05); the difference was inapparent between groups (P>0.05).3.5 The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the prescription CBSDQ distilled by both water and 70% ethanol was equal.3.6 There was no drug resistance phenomenon in CBSDQ group and CBSDQ with WH capsule group, but in WH capsule group, the drug resistant rate was 33.33%.4 Conclusions4.1 CBSDQ granule can inhibit the growth and propagation of Uu, improve the physical and chemical condition and diminish inflammation in urogenital tracts, and also alleviate clinical symptoms. It can be used in the treatment of Cervicitis and Urethritis caused by Uu which belongs to the type of syndrome of deficiency in spleen and toxic dampness differentiated in TCM.4.2 CBSDQ granule has prominent curative effect in improving the main symptoms of patient, and is better than Azithromycin.4.3 CBSDQ combined with WH capsule has prominent curative effect in curing Cervicitis and Urethritis caused by Uu, and is not prone to appear drug resistance phenomenon during treatment.4.4 Both of the prescription distilled by water and 70% ethanol can inhibit the growth and propagation of Uu, and these two methods have no prominent difference in inhibition of Uu.
