| 1 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and the therapeutic mechanism of the prescription CangBaiShiDuQing(CBSDQ)granule on the patients with urethal and cervical tract infection by Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu).All these patients belonged to the type of syndrome of deficiency in spleen and toxic dampness differentiated in TCM2 Methods110 patients with urethal and cervical tract Uu infection were divided into three groups at random: CBSDQ granule group (37cases),WeiHong(WH) ( Azithromycin ) capsule group (35cases),CBSDQ granule combined with WH capsule group (38cases).All patients were treated for 7days,and observed at 4 time spots,namely the treatment beginning,7th,14thand 21th day after the beginning.The observed items included the total Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score, the change of the quantity of white blood cell(WBC)and PH value in urethal and cervical tract. In order to investigate the inhibition of CBSDQ granule and WH capsule on Uu infection,each of them and SiMiao Decoction,BiXieFenQing Decoction,ReLinQing Granule,WuWeiXiaoDu Decoc -tion were respectively made into solution, continuously diluted,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of them were determined.3 Results3.1 There is 86.84% total efficiency of CBSDQ granule combined with WH capsule group, which is significantly higher than that of CBSDQ granule group(54.05%) and WH capsule group(57.14%) when treating Uu infection.On the basis of the statisticcal theories analysis,the total effective rate in CBSDQ granule group are higher than that in the latter tow(p<0.05).3.2 The PH value in cervical tract declined and gradually got close to the normal level, meanwhile WBC count in urethal and cervical tract was eliminated almostly in CBSDQ granule group and CBSDQ granule combined with WH capsule group, the results of which were obviously better than that of WH capsule group(p<0.05).3.3 The drug resistance ratio was 42.85% in WH capsule group,... |
