ObjectiveTo Observe the clinic curative effect and safety of "Dahuang-zhechong -pill "in the treatment of Rosacea the type of re-du-run-fu ,and comprehend its regulation role for diease before and after the treatment.Menthods1 .clinical observation1.1 Selects 60example patients who came from alopecia clinic in the wuhan first hospital in August 2007 to December 2007.A11 example patients consistent with diagnostic code and depletion denom below. They were divided into treatment group and comparison group by randomly. Treatment group include 30 cases,comparsion group include 30cases. Two groups have no obviously difference at ages,sexes,courses of disease .They have comparability.1.2 We give treatment group patients "trhubarb -worm-pill" everyday and take orally two times one day and metronidazole -vitamin B6 1 .tid .(every piece contian metronidazole 0.2g, vitamin B6 0.02g).And give the comparison group patients only metronidazole -vitamin B6 1.tid . At the same time both group external use sulfur-cream which is made in wuhan first hospital, twice one day. .We set three month as a treatment course.1.3 Give scores to two groups at prior treatment and post-treatment in different pathogenetic conditions ,and evaluate curative effect3 months later and compare effective-time. At the same time, observe the adverse reaction of treatment group's drugs.1.4 The total effective rate were examined with x~2,the mark of pathogenetic condition were examined with t-test.1.5 The datas of experimentation were examined with t-test.Result1.to evaluate scores of pathogenetic condition After a period of treatment, for the 30 treatment groupe patients the cases of cure is 14(46.66%), the cases of result significance is 9 (26.66%),the cases of utility is 6(20.00%), the cases of nullity is 1 (0.03% )total effective rate is76.66%, For the comparison group, the cases of cure is 10(33.33%), the cases of result significance is 11(36.66%),the cases of utility is 7(23.33%), the cases of nullity is 1 (0.03%) ,total effective rate is 70.0%. Treatment group's total effective rate is higher than the comparison group's, it has difference after statistics analysis (P < 0.05).2 to evaluate datas of effective-time:effective-time of Treatment group's 22.38±1.48 day-time, effective-time of comparisongroup,s 28±1.36天, trought Ridit test, u=2.23,p=0.048<0.05,5 effective-time of Treatment -group is shorter3 the drug's adverse reactionOnly 1 case of the treatment group have adverse reaction and that two case of the treatment group menstrual volume increased in menstrual period.But it recovered normal during the next menstrual period after stop to take orally drug in menstrual period.4 Conclusionthe curative effect of treatment groupe is better than comparison-group and effective-time of treatment -group is shorter...
