Children Clear Solution Sausage Mixture To Treat Children Cold Fever Clinical Studies

Objective:To study the treatment of exopathic fever in children by using Infantile Qingjie Enema Mixture (IQEM) in clinical method.Methods:1 Clinical data: All the patients come from Shanxi Hospital of TCM, from March.2003 to February.2006, were averagely randomized eighty patients to treatment group and eighty to control group .2 The medical usage: The patients in treatment group were with IQEM while control group with Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution (SOS) for enema b.i.d. One period of treatment was three days. In the period, others that would have an effect on the result were forbidden, including antibiotic, prescription for heat clearance, and external treatment.3 The curative effective and side-effect: For all the patients ,clinical symptoms, physical sign, blood routine examination, urine routine examination and stool routine examination were observed before and after taking medicine, than we took scores on clinical symptoms and physical sign.4 The Statistical method: After the treatment, we analyze the data.The count materials are examined with X~2, the measureing materials with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit. Result1 The clinical curative effective: The treatment group' s total effective rate 97.5%, with stat. Analysis is better than that of the control group,90.0%.2 The main symptoms and physical sign: Effective rate for fever, cough, nasal obstruction , sneeze etc. in the treatment group, is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 The side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groups.Conclusion:The research prove that validity rates of the two groups are remarkable different. Based on the statistical test, IQEM has good efficiency of abatement of fever in treating exopathic fever in children. It can obviously reduce fever of children,better clinical symptoms, physical sign and laboratory examination. In a conclusion ,IQEM has a good foreground for clinic.
