| Objective:The disease called "Ru E","Hou E"or"Lian Fang E"in TCM is the most common form of pediatric throat diseases,which has a relatively high incidence of clinical treatment.If treated improperly,it can cause serious complications.For the treatment of acute tonsillitis and the prevention of its complications,this paper reviews the Chinese medicine-related dialectic treatment of the disease in the past ten years,and the use of Jie Du Li Yan Tang on 30 patients with acute tonsillitis were clinically observed.Observation method:60 cases of acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases of the treat group and 30 cases of the control group.Let the two groups take Jie Du Li Yan Tang respectively and compare the results of the two groups after 4 to 8 days clinical observation.Results:23 patients cured,remarkably effective in 3 cases,2 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases.Compared with the control group,the total efficiency is 93.33%.Conclusio:The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),which proves that the prescription is effective to the treatment of children with acute tonsillitis and is worthy of promotion. |
