Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang Co Astragalus Decoction Treatment Of Liver And Stomach And Type Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, 48 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating Gastro - Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) with Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang plus Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang decoction, and explored the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:48 cases with GERD were divided into two groups at random. Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang plus Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang was given to treatment group, and at the same time modifying Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang was given to control group. After four weeks, compared the symptoms and the gastro-scope results before and after the treatment of both groups.Results:The totally effective rate of treatment group reached 95.83%, while that of the control group was79.17% .And there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang plus Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang were better than modifying Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang when treating the symptoms of GERD. It suggested that the weakness of spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis and the method of strengthening the spleen was very important when treating GERD.
