Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease(GERD) with CHSGS and Pressing ear acupoints, and explored the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:Selected 60 cases of patient with GERD, both in february 2010-2011 March Nanjing Hospital of T.C.M The third affiliated hospital of Nanjing university of TCM in the digestive internal medicine out-patient treatment of cases, all cases are in line with the country in 2009 meeting will be developed diagnostic criteria.TCM and not-for-Gan Wei.Successively by the order were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group of 30 cases.In the two groups in age, gender, disease, the severity of symptoms and treatment of Chinese medicine in total score there was no significant difference, comparable(P>0.05).The treatment group to CHSGS addition and subtraction with Pressing ear acupoints, the control group to CHSGS addition and subtraction, after eight weeks, compared the symptoms and the gastro-scope results before and after the treatment of both groups.Results:The totally effective rate of treatment group reached, while that of the control group was.And there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified CHSGS decoction with pressing ear acupoints were better than only Modified CHSGS decoction when treating the symptoms of GERD.It suggested that the discordance of liver and stomach is the basic pathogenesis, and Chinese medicine with pressing ear acupoints has its advantage, it deserved to be promoted.
