Compound Flavescens Soup Periodically Outside The Governance Sub-acute And Chronic Anal Eczema Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the periodicity external treatment on subac.and chronic eczema of anus with complex prescription of sophorae soup.Methods:A randomized study was made in 79 patients,the study groups(40 cases)received the treatment of fumigating and sitz bath with complex prescription of sophorae soup,the control group(39 cases) received the treatment of spreading on pars affecta with Piyanping ointment.All patients recicived tearing 4 months based on metabolism rule of epidermic cells.Observe the treated effect,the improvement of syndrome accumulated points,disappearance rate of present symptoms and recurrence rate of the 2 groups.Results:Complex prescription of sophorae soup could improve clinical symptom obviously,total effective rate is 92.5%,surpassing the control group(53.85 %).The disappearance rate of present symptoms had an advantage of the control group (P＜0.05).There were 2 cases recurrence in the study groups and 5 cased in the control group following up 6 months after finished treatment,there was significant difference by statistics test between 2 groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Periodicity external treatment is a reliable and effective methold with complex prescription of sophorae soup,and it has the advantage of high cure rate,low racurrence rate and no side effect.
