Purpose:Based on the research of the infant eczema causes,in the motherland medicine under the guidance of classical theory,the children scattered with eczema with desiccant itching orally,through clinical observation and study,objective evaluation of its curative effect,thus providing more effective for the treatment of infant eczema,more reliable way.Method:Meet the conditions for in 30 cases infant eczema(hot and humid immersion type)were scattered with eczema,internal and dehumidification itching soup,contrast before and after using their own way,to carry on the clinical curative effect observation,eczema away for our hospital preparations,main ingredient is:,cortex phellodendri,fructus cnidii,purslane,calamine sophora,borneol,withered alum.Dehumidification itching soup to make up for lung spleen,clearing damp relieving itching for solution,specific components: radix scutellariae,cortex dictamni,poria cocos,windproof,herba schizonepetae,rhizoma atractylodis,radix astragali,radix glycyrrhizae.7 days for a period of treatment,observation groups of clinical curative effect after the two course.Result:After treatment,30 cases of clinical observation,23 cases were cured,4 had marked effect,effective 2 people,1 is invalid.Total effective rate 96.7%,and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:With eczema and internal and outside using desiccant infant eczema itching soup oral treatment,curative effect,make the clinical treatment of infant eczema can choose a more effective method.
