Many previous studies showed that the volatile oil of Rhizoma ChuanXiong with acute renal failure in pharmacology, but there are still difficulties to preserve effective extraction,pharmacodynamics and toxicity issues needed further study.Intralipid fat particles as a drug can delay the preparation of the drug hydrolysis,oxidation, enhancing the stability of pharmaceutical drugs; while increasing the safety, extending drugs; intralipid in vivo distribution of specificity, Targeted drug delivery can enhance the local drug concentration and lower toxicity. Therefore, the volatile oil of Rhizoma ChuanXiong to be the subject of active ingredients SK Intralipid Pharmacodynamics and acute renal failure mechanism of the early further research, conduct a preliminary inspection of its security, with a view to laying a foundation for the clinical research and development of new drugs.This article first inspected the SK Intralipid on glycerol-induced acute renal failure in rats model of protection. Meanwhile, we also inspected the different time SK Intralipid administration of glycerol-induced acute renal failure in rats role features.On this basis, we have adopted a gentamicin-induced acute renal failure in rats model,tourniquet shock Wistar rats with acute renal failure model,Beagle dogs induced renal artery ligation model of acute renal failure. SK Intralipid more comprehensive inspection of the various types of animal model of acute renal failure and protect their own characteristics .Research shows that the incidence of ARF is the main cause of death and the original (55%), followed by infection and shock. Currently renal failure/renal dysfunction and renal itself may originate from other causes unrelated to the widely accepted view was that drug needed to solve disease and the treatment, as a common cause of Endotoxemia,and respiratory distress syndrome.Therefore, in a variety of acute renal failure of SK Intralipid role on the basis of animal models, we also inspected the SK Intralipid protected endotoxemia mice,endotoxemia mice variety of amino acid content of whole blood,oleic acid-induced rats to the protective effect of acute respiratory distress syndrome,the protective effect on endotoxin-induced shock in mice, and also the role of cotton induced granuloma in mice, SK Intralipid as to the further improvement of acute renal failure.Pharmacodynamic Studies at the foundation, this SK Intralipid paper also improve the mechanism of acute renal failure in a preliminary study.In addition, the subject of SK Intralipid also carried out an inspection of the acute toxicity in mice, a dose of the biggest.To sum up, SK Intralipid certainly improves the animal model of acute renal failure and varieties of clinical risk factors in the ARF.As well as the clinical use is safe.
