Lupus Nephritis In Integrative Medicine In Progress

Lupus Nephropathy (LN) is a commonly encounterd disease, frequently-occuring disease, and intractable Kidney Medical Department disease. With the development of the living standard of the people, the social progress, change of the lifestyle, abuse of drugs, morbidity arte has been increasing year after year. The therapeutic effect of the LN is not satisfied with the people' desired in clinic at present. And recrudescence rate is keeping up at all times. So it affects people'living standard severitily. Thus, LN has been the hotspot and difficulty of the research in Kidney Medical Department. The very good curative effect have been obtained recently on the basis of the deep research about Hormone and Cytoxan. In the first section of this article, we highlight these new developments in epidemiology, pathogenesis,pathology change, clinical diagnosis and treatment, future development, introduce new concept, new theory, new technology, new clinical research progeny of the LN, in which discuss the best therapy project and research directiongs of the LN in the future. In the second of that, the experiences Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in LN were summarized, includingof pathogeny and mechanism, clinical thought of the differentiated and therapy.
