Clinical Studies Of The Metabolic Syndrome With Impaired Glucose Regulation

Objective: analyse the symptom characteristic of metabolic syndrome(MS) accompanied by impaired glucose regulation(IGR) ,and research the characteristic of syndrome distribution.Method: collect symptom information from patients with metabolic syndrome accompanied by impaired glucose regulation .According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, summarize the syndrome characteristic of 68 cases with MS accompanied by IGR in the use of three-dimensional mode self-made.Result: eat much and little move are the main cause of MS accompanied by IGR, those 68 cases were divided by two main syndromes ,among them, spleen deficiency sputum type accounts for 51.47%,deficiency of both qi and yin type accounts for 38.74%.both types have blood stasis and qi stagnation symtoms. There are another 7 cases with minor symptoms which are hard to define,so they were excluded(10.29%).Conclusion: eat much and little move are the main cause of MS accompanied by IGR, spleen deficiency sputum type and deficiency of both qi and yin type are the two main syndrome.
