Simultaneously, based on a summary of three-type differentiation of symptoms and signs about diabetes mellitus, crystallization of clinical experience of advisor for many years as an instruction ,we analysised means of syndrome to study and research possibility and thought systematically, drawing off a mode of research which had an incisivus point through analysised by single factor of syndrome ,and guided by the theories of three-type differentiation of symptoms and signs.2 Clinical studyThe research was based on the platform of individual acquisition of information, extracted 530 cases come from multicentric cases in hospital ,including 265 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with MS and 265cases complicated with non-MS, as a control group.Making use of means of data mining such as cluster analysis, association rules, as well as analysed based on Scale-Free Networks built on Association rules,et al.
