| Objective:By Yiqi, nourishing, Ziyin, composed of Onyang of Chinese herbal compound, observed on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic peripheral neuropathy rat sciatic nerve Na+-K+-ATPactivity, Serum myelin basic protein (MBP) in the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity changes, disprove DPN "Tongxinluo loss" TCM attributes.Methods:Using STZ-induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group, Yiqi group, nourishing group, Yin group Onyang group and normal control group. Yiqi gavage group Sijunzitang; Yangxue group gavage Siwutang; Yangyin group gavage Liuweidihuang soup; Onyang group gavage Jin-Gui Shenqi pill; model group and the normal control group gavage with the volume of distilled water, a row eight weeks, the diabetic rats observed serum MBP, NOS, the sciatic nerve Na+-K+-ATPactivity, the changes in blood sugar, and other indicators.Results:1. Model group than normal rats were significantly increased serum MBP, NOS activity decreased rat sciatic nerve Na+-K+-ATP activity decreased significantly (P <0.05);2. Yiqi group, Yin group than model rats were significantly lower serum MBP, NOs activity was significantly increased rat sciatic nerve Na+-K+-ATP activity increased significantly (P <0.05);3. Yangxue group, the model group Onyang group than in rat serum MBP decreased NOs increased activity in rat sciatic nerve Na+-K+-ATP activity has increased, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy "Tongxinluo damage" early TCM attribute to Qi, Yin-based non-existent blood, Yang. |
