The documents discuss the cause of the hemorrhoid and the method of endotherapy and external treatmentment on chinses medicine firstly.Intergrating the therapy of modern medicine,we could recongize the hemorrhoid deeply.At same time,the documents emphasize the importance and physiological function of anal cushion.With the development of therapy on cushion,it will lead to the improvement of the operation.Based on classic operation and the newly emerging operation which is reported by oversea,we pay great attention on highlight and postoperative complication of PPH.With the development of TCM,Professor Zhaobaoming proposes Xiaozhiling injection treatment to combine with PPH on treatment hemorrhoid(Ⅲ,Ⅳ).Object:We study the case on hemorrhoid(Ⅲ,Ⅳ)between 2004 and 2006 in DongZhimeng hospital which includes 38 case(PPH)and 54(Xiaozhiling injection treatment+PPH).By controling study between two groups,we could conclude the superiority of Xiaozhiling injection treatment+PPH.Methods:We adopt 92 case on mixed hemorrhoid selectively which includes 38 case(PPH) and54(Xiaozhiling+inject treatment PPH) We contrast the operating time,length of stay,blood loss in operation and grade the degree of bleeding,the degree of pain, the degree of swelling(postoperationld,6d,30d)then analysis the date with sas9.0 and SPSS13.0.Results:Xiaozhiling injection treatMent+PPH＝1 group,PPH=2group,①There is no difference between two groups in the degree of the pain(postoperation 1d,6d,30d).②There is difference between two groups in the degree of blood loss.③There is difference between two groups in the degree of breaking and expanging(postoperationld).The difference disappare postoperation 6d,30d.④There is no difference between two groups in the degree of the swelling(postoperationld,6d,30d).Conclusion:The Xiaozhiling injection treatment affect the blood loss and lighten the pain,although it could aggravate the breaking and expanding.
