Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xiaozhiling Injection By Endoscope In The Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaozhiling sclerosing agent injection with endoscope in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods: 120 hospitalized patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids in the Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Southwest Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(injection group)and the control group(ligation group),with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling injection with endoscope,The patients in the control group were treated with traditional ligation of internal hemorrhoids,and the same wound care was given after operation.The patients observed and followed up for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,complications,length of stay and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference between the injection group and the ligation group in age,gender composition and the degree of internal hemorrhoids(P>0.05).Among the 59 people who completed the follow-up in the injection group,the effective rate was 91.53%,and 60 people in the ligation group,the effective rate was 93.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before operations(P>0.05);There were significant differences in stool blood score and prolapse score between the injection group and the ligation group,when the operations have finished(P<0.001);There was significant difference in postoperative hematochezia score between them(P<0.05).The average hematochezia score of the injection group was better than that of the ligation group;There was significant difference in postoperative prolapse score between the two groups(P<0.05).The average prolapse score of the control group was better than that of the experimental group.Within 7 days after operation,the number of postoperative anal pain and anal distension in the injection group was significantly lower than that in the ligation group(P<0.001),and there was no difference in other complications between the two groups(P>0.05);From 7 days to 4 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the injection group and the ligation group(P>0.05).The overall hospital stay and postoperative hospital stay in the injection group were shorter than those in the ligation group(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction score of the injection group was better than that of the ligation group(P<0.001).Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Xiaozhiling injection with endoscope in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids is equivalent to that of traditional ligation,which can improve the symptoms of hematochezia and prolapse of internal hemorrhoids.The therapeutic effect of endoscopic Xiaozhiling Injection on hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids is better than that of traditional ligation,and the therapeutic effect of internal hemorrhoid ligation on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids is better than endoscopic Xiaozhiling Injection.However,endoscopic Xiaozhiling injection has fewer short-term complications,shorter hospital stay and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
