Lung Paralysis, Consumptive Lung And Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis Research

Objective:To review the research in pulmonary fibrosis and discuss the main symptoms and TCM syndromes of PF by stags,thereby discuss the dependability among pulmonary arthralgia,lung paralysis and PF,thereby we could provide ideas for the standard therapia of pulmonary fibrosis disease.Method:200 cases of PF patient are classified into earlier period,intermediate period and advanced period.The paper applies the way of reviewing study, statisticsing and analyzing the main symptoms and TCM syndromes of PF in order to compare the difference among them.Eventually we approach the dependability among pulmonary arthralgia,lung paralysis and PF according to the symptoms of the three periods.Results:Earlier period had a remarkable character in sthenia syndrome.The main pattern of syndrom stagnant are blood stasis and phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung. In the intermediate period,medium volume yellow or white phlegm accompanied by gasping,debilitation,lowback pain are at the top of the frequency list which are created by blockaging lung collaterals and insufficiency of lung-QI.The period is a excess and deficiency inclusions period.The main pattern of syndrom stagnant are blood stasis and insufficiency of lung-QI.Deficient syndrome become more and more obviously accompanied by the symptoms of short breath,substantial sputum,wheezing,cyanosis appeared in the advanced period.The main pattern of syndrom stagnant are insufficiency of lung-QI and kidney-QI.Conclusion:In the earlier period of PF,the TCM name of the disease is belong to pulmonary arthralgia.In the intermediate period of PF,the TCM name of the disease are translocated reciprocally between pulmonary arthralgia and lung paralysis.In the advanced period of PF,the TCM name of the disease is belong to lung paralysis.
