White Tiger Plus Ginseng Treatment Of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Efficacy Studies

Objective:To observe the White Tiger plus Ginseng Decoction of the initial issuance of the treatment of type 2 diabetes to explore the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease mechanism,in order to provide the practice of Chinese medicine based on treatment of diabetes.Methods:30 cases for the Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome hot kang sheng of the initial issuance of the patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly given conventional therapy,including diabetes education,quantitative diet control,exercise therapy,and patients with specific conditions in accordance with selected Canadian Ginseng Baihu Decoction treatment, one day,decoction twice,morning and evening service hours,four weeks for a course of treatment,and long-term return.Observation before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine to improve the symptoms of patients with fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,postprandial 2h plasma glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,insulin and blood glucose area under the curve AUC and other indicators to compare before and after treatment.Results:before and after treatment in patients with dry mouth and more drinking,more eating easy hunger,polyuria,fatigue and other symptoms of weakness markedly improved,and there is significant difference(P＜0.01);fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin, postprandial 2h plasma glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,insulin and blood glucose area under the curve-area under the curve of the indicators are significant differences(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:The White Tiger plus Ginseng Decoction of the initial issuance of the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can not only significantly improved clinical symptoms,but also significant hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and improving the role of insulin resistance. Through long-term follow-up visit found that White Tiger plus Ginseng Decoction to improve symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes the effect of a good,stable long-term hypoglycemic effect,applicable to Yin Deficiency,Kang Sheng heat of the initial issuance of the patients with type 2 diabetes,primary clinical treatment for type 2 diabetes Diabetes provides a theoretical and practical basis.
