| Firstly,the article was made a brief introduction on the course which urban general hospitals system and operational mechanism reform,existing problems and development trend.Then the article was analyzed the background and reason of hospital by the SWOT method of Strategic Management.The article focuses on the case analysis of hospital merger and acquisition which the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Qingdao University acquired Qingdao Wan Jie Hospital.The Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Qingdao University has been reformed on personnel system,distribution and logistical system,and the hospital has yielded highly desirable results.To extend its scope of services and conform to the health system reform the public hospital merged the private hospital without governmental investment.Eastern medical resources was restructured low costly and the two hospitals complemented each other.The acquisition background,method and also operational mechanism including hospital organization, hospital culture and management strategy are introduced.The article knew the hospital operation by organizing surveys on customer and stuff satisfaction and financial analysis.The hospital after acquisition has been developed rapidly by the brand advantage and well operation.And but also reaped significant economic benefits,but also resulted in good social benefits.Meanwhile the hospital face new question and the article put forward measures. |
