Qi And Nourishing Yin Jiedu Tongluo Soup Treat Diabetes Nephropathy Qiyinliangxu Chief Toxin Permit Clinical Studies

Purpose: By observing the effect of the YiQiYangYinJieDuTongLuo decoction on the urinary protein and TCM Syndrome efficacy in patients with Diabetes Nephropathy,make the effectiveness of its role to evaluate.Method: Take 72 patients with standard condition in clinic and hospital, and divide them into the test pattern with YiQiYangYinJieDuTongLuo decoction, contains 36 patients cases;the contrast pattern with Yikai grain,contains 36 patients cases。Take 4 weeks as a cause of treatment。Result: Analysis of clinical curative effect on the urinary protein deficit:for the test pattern, total remarkable progress rate 41.67% and total effective rate 81.18 %;for the contrast pattern,total remarkable progress rate 22.22%,total effective rate 77.78%。It indicatede that the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.(P<0.05)。Conclusion: YiQiYangYinJieDuTongLuo decoction could significantly improve the symptoms and signs of DN patients,and could effectively reduce urinary protein, improve renal function. Moreover , YiQiYangYinJieDuTongLuo decoction is pure traditional Chinese medicine preparations with no toxic and side effects ,so it has research value and development prospects.
