The Shenfu The Clinical Observation Of The The Yixin Particles The Treatment Of Coronary Heart (yang Qi Deficiency And Chief Stasis Water Retention Syndrome)

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects and the security of Shenfuyixin particles in alleviating the symptom of heart failure result from coronary heart disease(belonged to the syndrome of lacking in Qi and Yang concurrently accompanied with blood stasis and water resistance)and improving the heart function,and further research its function characteristic.Material and method:By the way of random,both-blindness,control,divided 48 patients with Chronic congested heart failure(belonged to the syndrome of lacking in Qi and Yang concurrently accompanied with blood stasis and water resistance) into curative group(24 cases) and compared group(24 cases) at random. The patients in curative group were cured with Shenfuyixin particles;the patients in compared group were cured with Xinbao pill.Three weeks was a course of treatment.By observing all the patients the curative effects of heart failure(Lee),curative effects of heart function(NYHA),curative effects of the symptoms and signs of TCM,echocardiography and quality of life survey form around the treatments,evaluate the curative effects of Shenfuyixin particles.By observing all the patients the laboratory target(blood route,urine route,stool route,liver and kidney functions,ECG,blood electrolyte)and recording the bad events and the serious bad events,evaluate the security of Shenfuyixin particles. To analyze the data in CRF according to SPSS10.0 statistic software in order to get the result of the clinical observation.Results:1.Curative effect evaluation:on the aspects of the curative effects of heart failure(Lee),the effective rate of the experimental group is 79.17%,the effective rate of the compared group is 75.00%,the experimental group is better than the compared group(P＜0.05);on the aspects of the curative effects of heart function(NYHA),the effective rate of the experimental group is 70.83%,the effective rate of the compared group is 54.17%,the experimental group is better than the compared group(P＜0.05);on the aspects of the curative effects of the symptoms and signs of TCM,the effective rate of the experimental group is 91.67 %,the effective rate of the compared group is 87.50%,the experimental group is better than the compared group(P＜0.05);on the aspects of echocardiography,the two group are significantly better than before treatment,compared with compared group,the two group dose not have significant excellence(P＞0.05);on the aspects of the quality of life survey form around the treatments,the two group are significantly better than before treatment,the experimental group has significant excellence than compared group(P＜0.05).2.During the whole course of the test,the bad affair never happened.The medicine has good security.Conclusion:1.Shenfuyixin particles has remarkable effects on the symptoms,signs and TCM syndromes of the heart failure result from coronary heart disease(belonged to the syndrome of lacking in Qi and Yang concurrently accompanied with blood stasis and water resistance).2.Shenfuyixin particles has remarkable effects on improving the cardiac function and the prognosis of the heart failure result from coronary heart disease(belonged to the syndrome of lacking in Qi and Yang concurrently accompanied with blood stasis and water resistance) and improving the quality of life.3.Shenfuyixin particles has good security.
