Purpose:According to treatment based on syndrome differentiation with TCM theories,the experiments are to study the compatibility of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L. fully by the modem technologies.Material and method:Making use of TLC,HPLC,GC and the pharmacodynamics,it is researched the optimal compatibility proportion,extraction process,QS,pharmacokinetics of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.Results:1.1.To decide the best extraction of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.is to extract the volatile oil with water,then extract with alcohol.2.The optimal compatibility proportion of Alpinia oficinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.is 1 to 3.3.To adopt the orthogonal tests method respectively,it decides volatile oil extraction process that Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.are kibbled into coarse powder firstly,then steeped in 10 times volume water for 1 hour,extracted for 8 hours finally,and decides compatibility(1 to 3) of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.extraction process which is extracted by 70%alcohol 10 times volume for 1 hour,then repeated again,and decides inclusion process which is used volatile oil andβ-cyclodextrin(1 to 4) to stir for 3 hours.4.To research components indicators in extract by HPLC and GC.The methods are in accordance with the standard,feasible,and to perfect quality control of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.extract.5.The main pharmacokinetics parameters of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L. extract is that t_1/2ka=0.195h,Tmax=2.000h,Cmax=0.059 mg·L^-1,AUC 0-24=0.745mg·(L^*h)^-1,MRT 0-24=11.132h;The main pharmacokinetics parameters of Eucalyptole is that t_1/2ka=0.255h,Tmax=2.000h,Cmax=4.524μg·L^-1,AUC 0-24=69.15μg·(L^*h)^-1,MRT 0-24=7.255h;The main pharmacokinetics parameters ofα-香附酮is that t_1/2ka=0.610h,Tmax=3.000h,Cmax=6.617μg·L^-1,AUC 0-24=74.51μg·(L^*h)^-1,MRT 0-24=8.292h.Conclusion:Through the systematic and scientific studies of Alpinia officinarum and Cyperus rotundus L.,it decides the best eatraction method,compatibility proportion and extraction process,establishes QS,and perfects pharmacokinetics research to make the compatibility studies scientific,accurate and unified and form the basis for study and development of TCM compatibility.
