| The thesis consists four parts:Literature summarize,The theory research of the Herbal Bibliography of Oyster Shell, Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughs and posterity development of oyster shell, Medical Records and Appendix in the end.Zhang Zhongjing's Works, Cold-Induced Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,is the cornerstone of Clinical Chinese medicine. We can lenrn a lot of using the prescriptions and Chinses medicine from Zhang Zhongjing. Prescriptions are made up of Chinses medicine, and Chinses medicine is the basis of prescriptions.It's very important to understand the meaning of Chinese medicine before prescription to patients. Oyster shell was first documented in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, and Zhang Zhong-jing first used Oyster shell in prescriptions.Later many doctors inherited and explored the usage of Oyster shell, so the oyster is still widely used in clinical. It seems more significant for us to summarize Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughs and posterity development of oyster shell.This dissertation includes two parts, literature review and literature research.Literature review:at first, it reviews documents relevant to the pharmaco-research of oyster shell, and current situation of therapy of insomnia internal and external in recent years. It believes that modern medicine has made some advancement on the research of oyster shell till now.From current status of investigation on oyster shell during recent years, we find out that traditional Chinese medicine has made considerable work on oyster shell research, enlarged our view of researching, accumulated profuse experiences, obtained very good therapeutic. However, we also find out that there are some problems existing, such as theoretical research is less than clinical research, especially the research of Zhang Zhongjing's treatment experiences and academic characteristics of oyster shell. So it is necessary for us to analyze and summarize Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughts and characteristics of the differentiation and useage of oyster shell.Paper is composed of two chapters.The first chapter is about the theory research of the herbal bibliography of oyster shell. By taking ages of representative books on herbal medicine as the research objects, the author summarized 6 basic view points about the basic nature of the characteristics of oyster shell: First, dialectical analysis other names of oyster shell; Second, Oyster shell's properties and meridians; Third, Oyster shell often combines with some herbs in different condition; Fourth,the way of making oyster shell into different traits; Fifth, doctors have different opinions on the efficacy of oyster shell; Sixth, the functions and indications of oyster shell. It can make people learn more about oyster shell through summing up herbal books about oyster shell.The second chapter is about Zhang Zhongjing's academic thoughs and posterity development of oyster shell. This chapter is composed of three parts.The first part summaries Zhang Zhongjing's academic characteristics of the useage of oyster shell and the development of his academic thoughts in later ages, by sorting articles concerned with oyster shell in Treatise on Cold-Induced Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. In the beginning, we analyzed zhang zhongjing's useage experiences including the oyster shell's efficacy features in prescriptions, compatibility and dose, etc. Then, we concluded that there are three characteristics in the useage of oyster shell by Zhang Zhongjing: First, the characteristics of oyster shell embody at different areas,such as induces sedation, convergence, softens hard masses and eliminates nodulation, diuresis, nourishes Yin and subdues the overflowing of Yang,ect. Second, Zhang Zhongjing had special views of using oyster shell with other herbs.Third,the different dose of oyster shell in different prescriptions affect the effectiveness of prescription.The second part is about the heritage and development of the uesage of oyster shell by doctors after Zhang Zhongjing.In the end, we deeply discussed the typical applications of ancient medical records in using oyster shell. |
