Theory Of Kidney Primary Bone And Kidney-shaped Bone Disease

In 40 years of the 20th century, Liu shihao, Zhu xianyi and the other Endocrinologists of China have researched the relationship between Calcium, phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal failure and bone disease. Metabolic bone diseases associated with the Chronic kidney disease was named after "renal osteodystrophy" by them for the first time at the international conference (published on Medicine,1943,2:103-161). In recent years, with the wide variety of applications of renal replacement therapy and prolonged survival of renal failure patients, the incidence of renal osteodystrophy increased significantly, while renal osteodystrophy have a serious impact on the life quality of Chronic renal failure patients. For this Traditional Medicine had a deep understanding on "shen zhu gu" as early as two thousand years ago. This dissertation includes two parts. The first part introduces the traditional Chinese and Western medicine knowledge of renal osteodystrophy and its clinical research, and the second part describes the current traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods and the effect of treatment, the clinical experience of treatment of this disease followed with Mrs. Zhang is also introduced.
