Xu Guicheng Chief Physician Treating Hypertension Medication Experience

Objective:This thesis aims at summarizing the unique experience of C hief Physician Guicheng Xu in treating hypertension and offers new me thods of curing hypertension and improving curative effects.Methods:1:We retrospect to bypast Document Retrieval and consulted v arious reference books, and then abstract Chinese medical theory of e tiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation about hypertension ; 2:In the past two years we learned how to make a perfect prescripti on and therapy patient from Director Xu,and consulted him about lot s of experience of treating hypertension;3, retrospect to bypast resea rches of Director Xu to extracts a new Chinese medical theory of etio logy, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation about hypertension. Results:By summarizing predecessors' experience and relating conclusi ons of basic and clinical researches,Director Xu proposes a newly wh ole theory about syndorme differentiation and treatment of hypertensi on.Firstly the mainly pathological organs are liver and kidney, and the core pathological factors are wind, fire, phlegm, deficiency, and blood stasis.Great attention should be paid to blood stasis in hyper tension;Secondly basing on differentiation of the eight principles a nd Zang-fu, blood stasis and asthenia in origin and asthenia in super ficiality, Director Xu emphasizes the syndorme of blood stasis.It im penetrates all the course of hypertension, and also aggravates gradua lly.Blood stasis can be contained in every syndrome; Thirdly he assi sts that syndrome differentiation should be combined with disease dif ferentiation in both Chinese and western medicine. Chinese medical t heory should also integrate Chinese guideline of hypertension,and th en we distinguish the hypertension grading and risk stratification; F ourthly Director Xu syncretizes six characteristics on the basis of s yndrome differentiation. Blood flow promoting with blood stasis remov ing, treatment of collateral disease, nerve calming to help sleep, reg ulation of five viscera, stomach and spleen protection as well as sub-health prevention are attached great importance.Conclusions:Basic and clinical researches have proved Director Xu's theory is effective. Guiding by the theory we can reduce the blood p ressure,improve syndorme of Chinese medicine,protect target organs, decrease clinical incident,promote the quality of life,and availabl y boost the blood pressure down to standard...
