The Bones Of The Kidney And Increase Bmd, Serum E2, Ovariectomized Rats, Ct, Igf-i And Vegf Expression

Objective:In order to explore the Preventive and therapeutic effects of Invigorating Kidney and Bone Growth-promoting Method, and clarify the Method on the regulation of bone remodeling and its mechanism in ovariectomized rat model of osteoporosis from the genetic level,the Method was adopted to intervene ovariectomized rat model of osteoporosis. Then the level of Serum estradiol on (E2), calcitonin (CT), insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ) and bone mineral density (BMD) was detected,and the expression and distribution of VEGF was monitored using immunohistochemical techniques.Methods:after establish and assessment of osteoporosis model, Rats were divided into blank controller,model group, positive control group, and Invigorating Kidney and Bone Growth-promoting Method group.8 rats in every group were respectively fed stomach distilled water, Nylestriol solution, aqueous solution ofⅠInvigorating Kidney and Bone Growth-promoting Method prescription, lasting 56 days. Carotid arterial blood was collected for laboratory examination 3 days after cessation of medication,then Serum estradiol (E2), calcitonin (CT), insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ) was detected. Then right femur bone mineral density was tested,and the expression of VEGF on the top of the left femur was detected by immunohistology techniques.Results:1. The Method significantly increases Bone mineral density (BMD) level of ovariectomized rat.2. The Method significantly promotes the level of Serum estradiol (E2), calcitonin (CT), insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ) of ovariectomized rat.3. The Method significantly promotes VEGF expression in bone of ovariectomized rat.Conclution: 1. The Method could significantly promote the expression of Bone mineral density (BMD) level, indicating that the expression may be one of the mechanisms to guard against and treat osteoporosis with the Method.2. The Method obviously promoted the level of Serum estradiol (E2), calcitonin (CT), insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ) of Ovariectomized rat, Which indicated that the expression may be one of the mechanisms to guard against and treat osteoporosis with the Method.3. The Method expressed the strongest effect on the promotion of the VEGF expression in bone. This indicated the promotion of VEGF expression in bone may be one of the mechanisms which cure osteoporosis with the Method.4. The Method significantly played a significant role in the Prevention and Treatments of osteoporosis. The treatment is superior to the positive control group's and model group's, indicating the therapy according to Syndrome Differentiation is necessary.
