Muskrat musk as rodents vole subfamily muskrat ( Ondatra zibethica L. ) grown in the secretions of male sachets, which aroma is rich and special , and musk has a similar anti-inflammatory, anti-hypoxia, in vitro antibacterial, growth-promoting and other pharmacological activities and effects. Compounded Kangxin Pill is composed of Pseudo-ginseng, Pueraria and muskrat musk compatibly for the treatment of Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. However, because of the special rich aroma of muskrat musk, which results in the feelings of discomfort when patients orally taking pills directly.In this paper, I had studied components of muskrat musk aroma on the basis of previous studies,which had studied the basic chemical composition of muskrat musk, and extracted and identified the compositions. After determined the main chemical compositions of scent, I used different techniques including the inclusion process,microencapsulated,solid dispersion etc. to deal with or cover the taste of muskrat musk and its flavor extracts, and screened better accessories and technology processes using a small sample of a number of volunteers, which set the foundation for the drug production following-up.
