| Purpose:In order to clarify the principle of Ginseng processed with Cape Jasmine Fruit, the side effects and nature change before and after processing was studied by searching the possible components caused the side effects of Ginseng, comparing their changes of content and pharmacology effects before and after processing.Method:1.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted respectively to optimize the best hydrolyse conditions. The experiment was determined by HPLC.2.Contents of dencichine was determined by HPLC.3.40 small rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (prude drug group;low dosage of processed product group;high dosage of processed product group; fructus gardeniae and honey group;control group ). Give the durg 20 mL·kg–1 dosage twice a day for four weeks by intragastric administration, to determine oxygen consumption, drinking and rectal temperature after four weeks.4.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(prude drug group;low dosage of processed product group;high dosage of processed product group; fructus gardeniae and honey group;control group ). Give the durg 20 mL·kg–1 dosage twice a day for four weeks by intragastric administration, to determine erythrocyte membrane Na+ K+-ATPase activity after four weeks.5.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(prude drug group;low and high dosage of processed product group; fructus gardeniae with honey group;control group). Give the durg 20 mL·kg–1 dosage twice a day for four weeks by intragastric administration. Rat tail systolic blood pressure measurement (SBP) was tested by using tail-cuff method.Results:1.The ginseng health products contain 2.19‰, ren ginseng contain 1.27‰,and ginseng processed products contain 0.67‰。 2.The ginseng health products contain 2.06‰, red ginseng contain 0.88‰,and ginseng processed products contain 0.49‰。3.In comparison with those in control group, the oxygen consumption in prude drug group and high dosage of processed product group significantly increased, the change of others was not obvious. Compared with those in control group, threctal temperature in high dosage of processed product group significantly decreased, the change of others was not obvious. Compared with those in control group,the drinking in prude drug group significantly increased,the fructus gardeniae and honey group decreased significantly and the change of processed product group was not obvious.4.Comparing with those in control group, the activity of erythrocyte membrane Na+ K+-ATPase in the prude drug group significantly increased ; The fructus gardeniae and honey group decreased significantly and the change of processed product group was not obvious.5. Blood pressure values of each group were compared with their normal,prude drug group significantly increased on 1,2 weeks,However, there was a downward trend on 3weeks on the basis of elevating when compared with the previous week,fructus gardeniae with honey group decreased significantly,low and high dosage of processed product group was no significant change,control group retained stable.Conclusion:1.The content of hydrolyzate of ginsenoside Ro-oleanolic acid decreased.2.The dencichine content decreased.3.Results show that jasmine fruit have the clearing heat effect on ginseng.4.After processed with fructus gardeniae, the febrile dryness of ginseng can be moderated.5.Processed ginseng with fructus gardeniae could mitigate the effects of ginseng on blood pressure, and the rats blood pressure may retain stable.6.In this paper, the principle and method of processed ginseng with Cape Jasmine Fruit were investigated for the first time. The opionion about the principle of processed ginseng with Cape Jasmine Fruit was prefer that the dryness nature of ginseng was moderated by decreasing the content of oleanolic acid and dencichine for the first time. |
