| Red ginseng is the dry root and rhizome of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. after steaming. The function fills greatly vigour, beneficial wisdom calms the nerves. The processing of red ginseng is studied and optimized in this study based on the previous papers and patents. This paper also has studied the relationship between different raw materials and the quality of red ginseng. The main contents and results are summarized as follows:1. Single factor expeiments and orthogonal design are used to optimize the steaming time, baking temperature and time. Indexes are the contents of ten kinds of ginsenosides, sucrose and maltose. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is used to determine the contents of ten kinds of ginsenosides, sucrose and maltose. An aggregative weighted method was used to optimize processing technology of red ginseng with contents of ten kinds of ginsenosides, sucrose and maltose. The optimal processing technology is A2B3C2, which is to steam for4h, and then to bake for10h at70℃. The quality of red ginseng is stable and controllable under the technical conditions.2. The weight and appearance of red ginseng in different transplating systems are different. The single branch weight of "six-year" system red ginseng is significantly lower than the single branch weight of other red ginseng transplanting systems. The other transplanting systems have no significant difference. The taproot length of "three three" system red ginseng and "four two" system red ginseng is significantly higher than the taproot length of "four two" system red ginseng and "six-year" system red ginseng. The taproot diameter of "four two" system red ginseng and "four two" system red ginseng is the highest, and the taproot diameter of "six-year" system red ginseng is the minimum.The content of total ash and acid-insoluble ash in red ginseng was less than5.0%,0.3%, respectively. The content of three ginsenosides (Rg1, Re, Rb1) was in accordance with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in2010, and the content of ten ginsenosides was significant difference.The contents of ten kinds of ginsenosides of red ginseng in different transplating systems have significant differences. The contents of ten ginseng saponins in "six-year" system red ginseng and "four two" system red ginseng are higher than the contents of others. The contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rg2and Rc of are significantly higher than other transplanted made of red ginseng.3. The contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Re, Rf, Rb3, Rd, Rg2and Rg3in rust rot red ginseng and injured red gingseng were significantly lower than normal red ginseng. The contents of total ash, acid-insoluble ash, volatile ether extract and sucrose in rust rot red ginseng were significantly higher than normal red ginseng. The content of total protein in rust rot red ginseng was significantly lower than normal red ginseng and injured red ginseng. The content of maltose in rust rot red ginseng was significantly higher than normal red ginseng. Well the content of maltose in injured red ginseng was significantly lower than normal red ginseng. |
