Kidney Circulation Particle Treatment Of Vascular Dementia Kidney Stasis Of Clinical Research

Purpose: To observe changes of the vascular dementia(VD) patients'Mini-mental state scale(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL) before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of BSHYP treating vascular dementia with the kidney asthenia with bloods stasis syndromes.Method: 59 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group had 44 cases,the control group had 15 cases. Administration programs: the treatment group was treat with BSHYP taken orally 9g every time and three times and 12 weeks of a course. the control group was treat with Huperzine taken orally 2-4 articles every time and two times and 12 weeks of a course. To observe changes of the vascular dementia(VD) patients'Mini-mental state scale(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL) before and after treatment,the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically.Result:Assess the efficacy of the vascular dementia(VD) patients'Mini-mental state scale(MMSE), activities of daily living(ADL) before and after treatment. the treatment group whose overall effective rate was 65.9%, 15 cases cured, 14 cases showed excellent results and 15 cases effective, the control group whose overall effective rate was 65.9%, 6 cases cured, 4 cases showed excellent results and 5 cases effective. The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better in the control group with Weak waist, Dizziness and ringing in the ears, Insomnia dream(P>0.05).
