| Purpose: discuss the pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire to the general condition effect of rat,research the repair effect of the pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire to the gastrointestinal mucous membrane colitis rat colon injury and the effect of rat serum levels of 5-HT and the effect on the expression of DA.Method: 30 rats were randomly divided into ethanol control group,model group, weifuan group,banxiaxiexin drinking low and high dose group,there is 6-8 for each group.To apply DDP to copy animal model of gastrointestinal mucous membrane colitis.The rats were executed after 15 days,to observe general morphology and histopathological changes, apply acor n-butanol to detect the expression level of 5-HT and DA.Result: pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire can effectively lower the serum levels of 5-HT,lower the levels of DA.To the gastrointestinal mucous membrane colitis rat's physical sign,the symptom and so on have the varying degree improvement,and have the significant effect of repairing the gastrointestinal mucous membrane colitis rat colon injury.Conclusion: the significant effect of pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire to rat experimental gastrointestinal mucous membrane colitis rat colon,The mechanism may be related immune-related;lowed the activity of 5-HT and DA;adjust the level of 5-HT and DA-related. |
