Purpose:Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with (Qi stagnation blood stasis type), comparative analysis of the observed results, then discussed the adhesive ileus Etiology, Pathogenesis and treatment of the disease were observed combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction Qi stagnation blood stasis type of superiority, a comprehensive summary of adhesive intestinal obstruction progress of the present study, combined with literature research, design of effective treatment programs, in order to guide the clinical treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, provide the basis for improving clinical efficacy.Method:The treatment group: oral-based therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine method of combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction Qi stagnation blood stasis type. Control group: 30 cases with simple basic treatment given to Qi stagnation blood stasis type of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Respectively, by observing the clinical symptoms, x ray analysis of gas-liquid plane its clinical efficacy. Statistically, the two significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:The adhesive ileus Qi stagnation blood stasis type of patients, by combined traditional Chinese medicine based on oral treatment were able to achieve very satisfactory results, to ease the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, this research and analysis can be drawn conclusion, combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction Qi stagnation blood stasis type has a significant effect, and worthy of further promotion in clinical and research.
