Observation On The Curative Effect Of TongFu Paste On Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:(1)Summarize and conduct a retrospective study through relevant online literature to explore the law of applying acupoints and prescriptions in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction(2)To observe the clinical effect of tongfu ointment acupoint application on adhesive intestinal obstruction(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods: Through data mining analysis,the use of Traditional Chinese medicine and the selection of acupoints for the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction were statistically analyzed,and combined with clinical research.Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,including fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,acid inhibition,correcting acid-base,water-electrolyte balance disorder,anti-infection,etc.In the treatment group,30 patients were treated with abdominal ointment in addition to conventional treatment.After making the paste vinegar,the external application of Shenque point,2 hours each time,once in the morning and evening,the paste is replaced every day.The changes of symptoms in 2 groups before and after treatment were recorded respectively,and the recovery time of abdominal pain,abdominal distention,bowel sound,first exhaust time,and first defecation time were compared.Fasting venous blood was taken to detect interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and in the morning of the fifth day after treatment,and the recovery of patients was summarized.The curative effect of TCM syndromes and symptoms was evaluated,and then the therapeutic results were analyzed.Results: this topic through to the related literature to carry on the data mining,statistics of acupoint sticking therapy is the most commonly used drugs and acupuncture points of the disease,grind Gui found,in clinical treatment,the more is given priority to with diarrhea remedy to the case,such as rhubarb,glauber’s salt,followed by spleen medicine and temperature in medicine,including immature bitter orange,clove,radix aucklandiae,evodia rutaecarpa,acupoint selection is given priority to with CV 8.The statistical findings of clinical study were as follows: 1.There were 30 patients in both groups,and the abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores were compared after1 and 3 days of treatment.The results showed that the two groups had different degrees of relief(all P < 0.05),and the abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,so there was a significant difference in the efficacy(P < 0.05);2.Compared with the control group,the recovery time of first exhaust,first defecation and bowel sound in the experimental group was shortened(all P < 0.05),indicating that the recovery speed of the experimental group was better than the control group;3.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-A in 2 groups were decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(all P < 0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-A in experimental group were decreased significantly compared with control group(all P <0.05);4.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had advantages in TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical symptom efficacy(all P < 0.05).Conclusion: The statistical results of abdominal ointment and acupoint fitting have proved to be effective in relieving abdominal pain,abdominal distension and other clinical symptoms in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),which is worthy of clinical application.
