| Mongolian medicine is a very precious cultural heritage. For thousands of years, it has been providing a guarantee for the Mongolians' live and multiply. With strong ethnic characteristics, professional Mongolian medical is one of the early developed major also an important part of the ethnic minority higher education of China. In this paper, we try to sort out the development of Mongolian medicine, research on the Mongolian construction in order to enrich the theory of the development of Mongolian medical content, technology and culture of the minority traditional specialty.In this paper, we use the documentation method, observational method, interviewing method, and questionnaires, to analysis Mongolian medical in two schools (Mongolia Medical Department of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities and Mongolia Medicine College). Documentation method includes collecting historical text documentations and field data, literature reviews, teaching plans, training objectives, curriculum, teaching materials'construction of the two medical schools; In cases of medical schools for external conditions, including the professional teaching facilities, laboratory conditions, practice base, teaching, student's learning conditions, we use observational method; Interviews focus on three groups:Mongolian medicine experts; teachers; And Mongolia medicine major students. Questionnaire survey is used among Mongolian medical students, which includes students learning attitude, the assessment, etc. and based on that data to conduct statistical analysis.The supporting theory of this paper consists of three elements of professional higher education:training mode, course system, education subject), to investigate the Mongolian medical professionals and draw the final conclusion. The main contents include the following five chapters:Chapterâ… :the research background of construction and development of Mongolian medical. First part is to introduce the professional contents, elements and the relationship between the various constituent elements. The second part is to introduce the emergence and development of Mongolian medicine; the relation among Mongolian medicine and other ethnic minorities'medicine; the developing status and role of the modern Mongolian medicine. Teachers'construction includes the age structure, title structure, educational structure, school edge structure; the learners construction includes the composition, learning attitude, career planning, and analysis the regular of the above three elements.Chapterâ…¤:Development of Mongolian medical:problems and thinking:the main problem are:training targeting is not clear; it is difficult to integrate traditional and modern elements; curriculum is not reasonable enough, teaching materials are limited, utilization; teachers are "inbreeding" seriously, teaching methods is out of date. The suggestions of the Mongolian medical professional future development are:firstly, handle well the relations between the traditional and the modern; the professional and the academic; secondly, handle Mongolian medical professional social adaptability in multiple environments; the Third, we think that Mongolia Medical and social development needs strong national support.Conclusion:According to the professional composition of Mongolian medical, we acknowledge that it is a national heritage of professionalism, but the development of it is not perfect currently, it needs vigorously support of the state schools teachers students work together to train more Mongolian medical professionals, so as to develop the nation's traditional culture heritage, and contribute to the regional health services. |
