1.Objective:To observe the acute toxicity reaction and death of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule in mice.Methods:Observe mouse'toxici reaction by intragastring with the maximum density and the maximum volume of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule.Rats were intragastried two times in one day.Results:There is not death and toxic reaction on mice in 14 days.Conclusion:The maximum crud drug dosage of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule by intragastring in mice is 165.60g /kg.The dosage is as 125 times as adult every day.2.Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamic effectiveness of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule in terms of relieving cough,easing asthma,sputum elimination and anti-inflammation action.Methods:2.1 The cough model induced by ammonia liquor in mice was used to observe the antitussive effects;2.2 The method of Phenol Red in mice was used to investigate the expectorant effects;2.3 Observe the antiasthmatic effect of the granule over such points as asthma-inducing by spraying EA(egg albumin)through animal model;2.4 Observe the antiinflammatory effect of the granule over such points as acute inflammation and chronic inflammation inducd xylene and agar;2.5 Observe the efect of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule on humoral immunity and cellular immunity induced by chicken red blood cell and 2,4-dinitr-ochlorobenzene;Results:2.1 Hight,middle dose of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule was able to prolong cough latent period and decrease cough rate significantly in mice induced by ammonia solution;2.2 Hight,middle dose of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule was able to increase the excretion of phenolsulfonphthalein in trachea of mice;2.3 Hight,middle and low dose of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule could lengthen the asthma incubation period, reduce the quantity of total white cells in BALF;2.4 Hight,middle dose of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule was able to against the acute inflammation and the chronic inflammation;2.5 High dose of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule was able to inhibite tspecific immunity inhibition;Conclusion:Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule has the apparent significant antitussive,expectorant antiasthmatic,anti-inflammation,and immunological regulative functions.
