Xiaoying Tumor Mixture On Experimental Goiter In Mice

Purpose:To study the effect of XiaoYingLiu mixture on mice's medicine-induced Goiter which be made model by Propylthiouracil.Material and method:Material:â‘ Drugs and reagents:XiaoYingLiu mixture,Propylthiouracil,Euthyrox.â‘¡Animal beastie creature:SPF Kunming mice.Method:After give mice Propylthiouracil 0.22mg/ g once everyday by intragastric tub 20 days,then XiaoYingLiu mixture and Euthyrox were given to mice.To study the dietary and drinking amounts of mice,After 30 days,the mice's FT3 and TSH were determined by radioimmunoassa,mice's thyroid were remove to obtain the pathologic result of cardiac muscles.Results:1. Propylthiouracil could cause Goiter of mice.2. The group of XiaoYingLiu mixture's exponent of the model mice blood serum's TSH were lower than the group of Propylthiouracil obviously,the exponent of the model mice's FT3 were higher than the group of Propylthiouracil.3. XiaoYingLiu mixture could improve pathologyb's change of mice'smedicine-induced Goiter.Conclusion:The study suggests that XiaoYingLiu mixture could reduce the exponent of TSH and could increase the exponent of FT3 of which mice's medicine-induced Goiter which be made model by Propylthiouracil.Further to prove that XiaoYingLiu mixture had some functions of recovery to mice's medicine-induced Goiter which be made model by Propylthiouracil.
