| Objective: To evaluate the lyophilized injection of Ginkgo biloba treatment of angina pectoris (blood stasis) the effectiveness and safety.Materials and Methods: A randomized, blinded, and positive control method. Will meet the inclusion criteria of the 80 patients with coronary heart disease (blood stasis) patients as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the 60 cases, 20 cases in control group to Shuxuening injection to control drug injection, lyophilized powder with Ginkgo biloba angina pectoris (Blood Stasis Syndrome) and angina pectoris, ECG, TCM and nitroglycerin stopped by rate. Test group to Ginkgo biloba lyophilized powder (10mg) 4支dissolved 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection 250ml, by intravenous infusion, 1 second / day; control group Shuxuening injection 20ml, adding 250ml of 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion, 1 second / day; treatment: 14 days.Results:1. After treatment, angina pectoris is, treatment group was 36.67%, efficiency 50.00%, 86.67% total efficiency, control group was 40.00%, efficiency 45.00%, total effective rate 85.00%; between the two groups (P> 0.05) difference was not statistically significant.2. ECG, treatment group was 16.67%, efficiency 41.67%, 58.33% total efficiency, control group was 15.00%, efficiency 45.00%, total effective rate 60.00%; between the two groups (P> 0.05) was no statistical difference significance.3. TCM syndromes as, treatment group was 48.33%, efficiency 45.00%, total effective rate 93.33%, control group was 40.00%, efficiency 50.00%, 90.00% total efficiency; the two groups (P> 0.05) the difference was not statistically significant.4. Nitroglycerin stopped by rate, treatment group was 52.17%, efficiency 43.48%, 95.65% total efficiency, control group was 44.44%, efficiency 55.56%, 100.00% total efficiency; the two groups (P> 0.05 ) the difference was not statistically significant.5. During the experiment did not occur in patients of any drug-related adverse events, according to security evaluation criteria that the test drug safety is good.Conclusion:1. Lyophilized injection of Ginkgo biloba can improve coronary heart disease (blood stasis) in patients with angina;2. Lyophilized injection of Ginkgo biloba can improve coronary heart disease (blood stasis) in patients with ECG;3. Lyophilized injection of Ginkgo biloba can improve coronary heart disease (blood stasis) in patients with TCM;4. Lyophilized injection of Ginkgo biloba treatment of angina pectoris (blood stasis) has a good safety. |
