| Purpose:Application of traditional Chinese medicine with iodine interventional treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst of the clinical efficacymethod :In our hospital guided puncture of ovarian endometriotic cyst 96 cases were divided into two groups, 52 patients, each patient after oral administration of self-made Decoction. Control group, 44 cases of simple puncture with iodine treatment, observed clinical effect after treatment, and relapse.Results:36 cases were cured after treatment accounted for 69.2% (36 / 52); effective in 13 cases, 25% (13 / 52); 3 cases accounted for 5.8% (3 / 52), the total effective rate was 94.2%. Control group, 28 cases were cured, 63.6% (28 / 44); effective in 12 cases accounted for 27.3% (12 / 44); 4 cases accounted for 9.10% (4 / 44), the total effective rate was 90.9%. All patients were followed for 12 months, treatment group, 4 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 8.2% (4 / 49); control group, 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 12.5% (5 / 40), time to recurrence after 1 to 8 months. The total efficiency of the two groups and relapse rates were compared byχ2 test, P> 0.05, the same two groups. But the main clinical symptoms of irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, painful sexual intercourse cure rate, the treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.05), which improve the quality of life of patients played an important role.Conclusion:Application of povidone-iodine solution involved the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst is an efficient, reliable, safe and economical way, is more applicable to the infertility of women, particularly in patients with oral Integrated Traditional and Western medicine treatment more superior in improving the quality of life. |
