The thesis is based on such an theoretical hypothesis:the order of SLA is in accordance with the grammaticalization order of preposition-conjunction ambiguous empty words to some degree, and the grammaticalization order can be regarded as an important fact while predicting and explaining the acquisition order. The thesis firstly conclude the developmental orders and relationship among different dictionary entries of the complex language items "gen", "he" and "yinwei". Then the SLA orders of these internal entries are described through the analysis and statistics of language materials from foreign students. And a comparison between the grammaticalization orders and acquisition orders are consequently completed to explore the consistency and differences between the two orders. The research shows that grammaticalizaiton order can be a critical theoretical basis and reference while predicting and explaining the acquisition order of preposition-conjunction ambiguous empty words. Meanwhile, frequency, markedness, regularity and complexity can be combined as comprehensive factors to analysis some phenomena in SLA. The grammaticalization factor should also be considered in the process of teaching to predict the acquisition order and arrange language items scientifically. And we also find that the entries which are located on the foreside of a grammaticalizaiton chain can be concomitantly acquired when acquiring the entries with higher grammaticalizaiton degree. The thesis is composed by six chapters:Chapter one is and introduction to elaborate on the reason, meaning and method of the research.Chapter two is an overview of related researches home and abroad. The theoretical hypothesis of this thesis is then put forward:there is consistency between grammaticalization order and SLA order to a great degree. The next three chapters separately describe the grammaticalizaiton order and acquisition order of "gen", "he" and "yinwei" and explain some acquisition phenomena.Chapter six is a conclusion of the research and an attempt to integrate with teaching Chinese as a second language.
